Patio Design & Installation

I left with a far better impression than I expected. The entire experience felt authentic, thoughtfully managed, and consistently enjoyable from beginning to end. It's rare to feel this confident afterward, and I would gladly share my positive experience with anyone who asks.

Richardson Restoration did an incredible job doing a complicated renovation in my 1940's basement!! The owner, Chance, is extremely professional, wonderfully communicative, and accommodated my timeline (as someone who works nights, it was important to schedule the work during my vacation). Truly a pleasure to work with, will be using again for any concrete needs.

Richardson Restoration does absolutely amazing work! Chance the owner is very experienced with his concrete work. He's respectful, responsive, friendly, and takes pride in his work! If you're looking for quality work in Washington, Chance is your man!

Chance and his team poured my 40x60 shop floor. His excellent professional experience far exceeded my expectations. Timely thorough and communicative through the entire job. I will use him again in the future and highly recommend him for any job.

Could not be happier with our sports court. Chance + his team did an exceptional job. Very communicative and great to work with! Highly recommend to anyone!

Chance walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I wanted to do as much of the prep work to learn a bit about preparing and pouring a pad. He was patient and gave me solid advice, and then was very kind when we realized I had done more harm than good. He and his crew were both professional and also like family the two days of the pour. The pad turned out beautiful and we have already spent a great deal of time on our new concrete area. I will use him and his crew again for any project I have. I highly recommend them for anything you may need.

Dear Chance Richardson, We want to give you our sincere gratitude for the outstanding job you did on our concrete driveway. We will definitely recommend your services to others. Walt and Carol Geil
