Chance walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I wanted to do as much of the prep work to learn a bit about preparing and pouring a pad. He was patient and gave me solid advice, and then was very kind when we realized I had done more harm than good. He and his crew were both professional and also like family the two days of the pour.
